Automotive additive R&D center:
Glass fast up/down coiling doors, a a bunch of in ground two posts, exhaust systems, Big Ass fans, and a ton of really nice tool cabinets.
One of two dyno cells in the facility. The front T-shaped pit will have a motorcycle and UTV dyno, while the rear will have a 4wd/2wd vehicle dyno. The other dyno cell (not pictured) is an engine dyno.
Training room:
Honestly, a truly world class facility once they get fully moved in (and it’d be the best shop ever)
